So we found ourselves in Alaska last week. Asked ourselves where should we go bring the message that makes the best impact? Quickly we found ourselves hopping from prop plane to prop plane and ending up in…… DUTCH HARBOR. Why Dutch you ask? 2 reasons, first it is home to and the epicenter of Alaskan fishing. Second is the fact that sharks are at risk from long line fisherman and where better to post whitey and to remind them as they drive to their boats than dutch. Finally Dutch is home base for that show called The Deadliest Catch on Discovery. We know what the deadliest catch really is, the 90million sharks caught each Year primarily for a bowl of soup. Like many times before we posted during the middle of the day and had many guys stopping to ask if we had any posters to spare and that they loved whitey so that always makes us smile.
